    • All tabletops include the following:
      • 1 6x30 table with ivory linen 
      • 2 ft on each side of the tabletop 
      • 2 Chairs
      • Shared wifi
    • Tabletop Notes/Requirements
      • You have the option to bring your own linen
      • If materials i.e. pull up banners, interfere with your neighbor, you will be required to remove them.
      • Should you plan to show videos or demos, we encourage that you embed them prior to arrival OR purchased a wired internet connection from the hotel.
      • All materials must be displayed on the surface of the table. Any items beyond materials i.e. flyers, pens, and promotional materials must notify Olivia Roma and the hotel in case specific licenses, permits, and other requirements are mandatory. 
      • No additional equipment may be in the surrounding area EXCEPT floor banners which should be 10 ft wide by 6 ft deep. 
      • No signs, banners flags etc. may be displayed from the ceilings or walls. They can be attached to the table. 
      •  Nothing can be attached to the columns, walls, floors or other parts of the exhibit area without permission from the proper building authority. 
      • Distribution of promotional gummed stickers and/or labels is strictly prohibited. 
      • Fluids, caustic or staining, must not be used where they may damage floor coverings. 
      • Please do not leave any valuables unattended. 
      • The Campus Safety Conference and the hotel will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. To avoid a situation from occurring, we encourage that you bring any valuable materials with you when you are not present at the table.  
      • Other props such as pipe and drape, plants etc. will not be available.Sponsors are responsible for their own tabletop from the shipping of materials to sending back any materials.

    RECOMMENDED TRAVEL DATES AND TIMES
    Arrival
    Arrive June 16 or the morning of the Pre-Conference Day (June 17) in case there are any delays when traveling. (Sponsor Registration starts at 1:00 pm and the Sponsor Showcase opens at 5:00 pm).
    It will also allow you enough time to set up for the Welcome Reception which is where the Sponsor Showcase will be located. 

    Departure
    You may leave after on June 18 after Sponsor Showcase breaks down at 5:00 pm.
    We do encourage that you stay for the Networking Reception (6:00 pm - 7:00 pm) to engage with attendees beyond the tabletop. Previous sponsors have informed us this is one of the many ways they were able to generate leads.

    Traveling by Air
    The McCarran International Airport (LAS) is about 15 minutes from the hotel.

    RECOMMENDED TRAVEL DATES AND TIMES
    Arrive
    Arrive the August 5 or the morning of the Pre-Conference Day (August 6) in case there are any delays when traveling. (Sponsor Registration starts at 1:00 pm and the Sponsor Showcase opens at 5:00 pm)
    It will also allow you enough time to set up for the Welcome Reception which is where the Sponsor Showcase will be located. 

    Departures
    You may leave August 7 after the Sponsor Showcase breaks down at 5:00 pm.
    We do encourage that you stay for the Networking Reception (6:00 pm - 7:00 pm) to engage with attendees beyond the tabletop. Previous sponsors have informed us this is one of the many ways they were able to generate leads.

    Traveling by Air
     
    The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about 30 minutes from the hotel.
    The Concord Regional Airport (JQF) is about 10 minutes from the hotel.

    There are no shuttle transfers to and from the hotel. Please use other methods of transportation i.e. Uber, Lyft, taxis etc.

    Things to Do
    Charlotte-Concord is a beautiful area with lots of activities for you to do! Known for "Where Racing Lives" there is so much to do in this area that is only a short walk or drive from the hotel! Plus, the host hotel offers complimentary shuttles that will bring you anywhere within a 3-mile radius! Here are some attractions for you to take advantage that are all less than 2 miles from the hotel!
    • Charlotte Motor Speedway - The local home of NASCAR (.25 Miles from the hotel).
    • Hendrick Motorsports - A world-class name in motor sports, Hendrick has 12 car owner championships in NASCAR. Visit the museum, store as well as the official shops (2 Miles from the hotel).
    • Rocky River Golf Course - Enjoy a round of golf on the #1 public access course in the Charlotte area (At the hotel).
    • Concord Mills Mall - Largest shopping destination with 200+ stores, restaurants and a movie theater (.5 Miles from the hotel)
