Ms. Lisa Blair-Cox serves as the Assistant Professor of Business at Lincoln Memorial University. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President for Administration at Lincolm Memorial University. During this role, Ms. Cox oversaw the daily operational functions for the University. Her oversight included: Human Resources, risk and insurance management, police and security, water filtration system, post office/distribution center, print services, furniture procurement/interior design, Office of Physical Plant and Properties, Safety & Facility Management, Community Organic Garden, City Park, and the Sigmon Communications Center. She was instrumental in the evolution of LMU Campus Police Force in 2012.Ms. Blair-Cox is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business-Lambda ETA Chapter. She is also a member of CUPA HR-College and University Professional Association for Human Resources. She served as a member of the President’s Executive Council, President’s Cabinet, Threat Assessment Team, Inauguration Committee, and Critical Incident Response Team. She was awarded the Mary Mildred Sullivan Award for her community and campus volunteerism in 2006 as well as the LMU Lincoln’s Leader Award in 2011.She holds a MS in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University, a BBA from Lincoln Memorial University, and AAS in Office Administration from Southeast Community College. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
